Regular training with our bootcamp group gave Reto the strength and stamina he needed to place first on the podium
3 months out of her competition and riddled with hip pain, Nicole was advised to pull out. We worked hard with her and her trainer Burak (Bikini Angels) and adjusted her training so that she was able to add new muscle to her glutes and it the stage pain free – What a result!
Squatting strength is an important component of Xenia’s training. Before training at ZP she could hardly move 60kg properly. Here she hits 100kg no problem.
After years of elbow and forearm pain Guy was unable to do one pull up without extreme discomfort. Rehab complete and performing a strength phase, here he is smashing out a PB of 20 in a row!
