TESTIMONIALS

I am an enthusiastic handball player in the 2nd league in Olten and have been playing handball for 9 years. For about half a year I have suffered from shoulder pain in my left shoulder. Many of the handball team said that this is normal, a “handball disease”, but I do not want to get involved because I am only 23 and in my opinion should not have such pain at this age. A friend from Crossfit then recommended me to Matt. That was the best decision I could ever make, with only 3 treatments the pain was as good as gone and I have also already achieved improvement success in handball (better shooting power, more precise shots). I am absolutely thrilled and recommend it to everyone. In addition, he is a really cool and sympathetic guy!

Matt literally saved my life! Sounds a little dramatic but as I live for training and taking part in sports, not being able to do what I loved was hard to take.
I suffered in both my arms with what had been diagnosed as golfers elbow and tennis elbow by some specialists due to repetitive strain injury. Over two years I tried and saw every type of doctor and therapist, desperate for advice and a treatment that would work. From physios to chiropractors, elbow specialists and different body workers all who seemed to have different advice and none of whom helped with the problem. Along with different contraptions that sounded like wonder cures I wasted a lot of time and money!
So having been recommended to Matt by, of all people Charles Poliquin I was more than delighted to feel a 70% improvement after the first session and back doing all the things I loved after the forth session – incredible!
Matt’s vast experience in personal training allied by his advanced knowledge of body mechanics makes him the complete package.
I now see Matt regularly and am working on my body imbalances which is helping my strength and mobility.
Over many many years of working with trainers and all manor of body workers, Matt stands head and shoulders above them all. I am so thankful to have found out about him!
I really cannot recommend Matt highly enough.

Matt does really great work and is super competent. He has been able to heal my pain in a very short time, pain that doctors and therapists have not been able to treat in over a year. In addition, thanks to him, I was able to increase the quality and efficiency of my training through greatly improving my exercise execution. I highly recommend him and his team.

I have had problems with my back for many years. My diagnosis is that 3 intervertebral discs are worn out and therefore my nerves radiate into my leg. I have tried various therapies but unfortunately without results. My chiropractor recommended Zenith. Already after the first visit and a few weeks of targeted exercises at home, my situation has improved massively. The professional training structure and the competent support have been very positive for me. It’s a pity that I didn’t get in touch with Zenith much earlier. I can only recommend this great team and I will continue to use the good expertise and training know-how.

THOMAS BORN

I came to Matt during my competition preparation on the recommendation of my coach Burak Olgun, because I could not activate my gluteus muscles well (that also has to be learned) and my back view (butt) on stage was my weak point last season. My glutes would simply not fire properly during basic exercises, so other muscles, mainly the hip flexor, had to pick up the slack. It wasn’t long before my hip flexor muscles became painfully inflamed and instead me performing heavily loaded exercises, I had to go through a long and arduous therapy.

After thousands of activation exercises and training without much weight, I finally learned to wake up my glutes from hibernation and make them work, thanks to the help and specific instructions from Matt.

Thanks for all your help Matt! TOP!
